Job Description:
Provides or assists with all areas of ADL's, including, but not limited to tasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and overall well being of residents. Assists in observing, reporting and documenting resident's condition. Must faithfully chart all care, supplies, etc., using Electronic Medical Records system. Answers all call lights promptly. Works under the direction and authority of the charge nurse.
