Job Description:
Utilizes basic nursing assessment skills for ongoing assessment and observation of the residents, to ensure they remain at their optimum level of health. Dispenses and records all medications accurately and according to Smith Village policy and procedures. Accurately carries out all orders prescribed by the physician, ensuring that all meds and equipment are available in a timely manner. Delegates responsibility to Certified Nursing Assistants and monitors the care delivered by CNAs insuring that all care is being delivered to all residents appropriately.
